Unless a payment plan has been discussed with your Program Manager,
payment for all Fast Track programs is due in full at the time of
registration. Depending upon qualifications and your situation,
you can either self pay, apply for a funding grant, or receive funding
from your previous employer. This list is not comprehensive and
you may find other payment options.

Funding Grants
There are a variety of funding programs housed within Washington’s
WorkSource System. To qualify for most programs, you must be eligible
for unemployment benefits or have exhausted your benefits over the
past 24 months. Programs housed within WorkSource will fund all

CAT/TB
CAT - Commissioner Retraining Request is a request to Employment Security to allow you to attend school and collect your unemployment insurance.
TB - An application for Training Benefits is a potential extension of unemployment benefits while attending full-time school
