Achieve Global (formerly Zenger Miller) is the world’s largest
provider of performance skills training, with programs serving hundreds
of companies, organizations, and community institutions in the U.S.
and internationally. Achieve Global offers curricula proven effective
for many years in many settings.
The Eastside Cities Training Consortium now has the added power
of Achieve Global’s Leadership, a 9-class certificate program
which focuses on skillbuilding for those who are new to management,
those who want to be better managers, and those whose career goal
is management.
Take one class, a few, or all nine offerings culminating in a Leadership
Certificate. One or more classes will be offered on each quarter’s
ECTC schedule. If you miss one this time, you’ll be able to
take it in the future. Each class comes with its own manual, allowing
you to review and use it as a reference.

Focus staff on the right targets to keep goals in view and make
better decisions.
Correcting Performance Problems
